We only accepted customers ask for refund for damaged or wrong items within 7 days after receiving the package. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Ghlam Lavish will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Customers are required to paid shipping cost for return. Once we have checked and received the goods/products in original condition, customer will received their refund as Ghlam Lavish Store Credit exact same amount as the items purchase to exchange either the same new condition product or other products in our store.
